Tbh, I don’t bother.
Airlines generally provide them and most headrests have adjustable height and ‘wings’ to pull around the side of your head. A hood is comforting and an eye mask and noise cancelling headphones help.

What works well for one person won’t necessarily work well for another, as we’re all different dimensions and sleep in different positions. Personally, I have a great FlowZoom pillow but DH says it’s uncomfortable.

I have tried many travel pillows and not found any to help or be comfortable, so have now given up.
