Buses from Seville to Huelva?

Im getting mixed messages from online searches about whether there are buses from Seville to Huelva?

Anyone live down that way or visit there regularly

If I do a google search it seems to suggest a couple of trains a day but doesnt come up with buses as options

If I google generally it comes up with around 5 buses a day and then other searches Ive done suggest I would need to get to Faro first and then back again! This cant be right?

The other search I was doing was from Seville to Tavira in Portugual, there dont seem to be many options for that journey either

I've travelled around Andalucia by bus quite a bit and as you have discovered, Google is hopeless, Rome2rio is excellent though and it shows that there is a regular bus service by Flixbus as well as Damas.

Ok, thats helpful because I wouldnt mind visiting Heulva while there and also Tavira in Portugual and I think there are buses to there

Google Maps only has the info that the bus companies choose to share with it.

A few years ago the French city of Grenoble had a very right-on council that didn't allow the municipal bus company to give its timetable data to the evil capitalists, so you had to use Moovit (also a private company, but apparently less evil) of you wanted to know when the bus was coming. I just looked on Google Maps and the Grenoble bus times are apparently now available, so either Google has become less evil or the council has become less right-on.

I am rather skeptical of Rome2Rio as I have seen it get things spectacularly wrong in the past.

I have the Alsa app on my phone, I’ve just had a look and it took me out of the app to a different website but there appear to be lots of buses, about 1.5 hours.
