Hotel recommendations for August 2026

Hi all,

I'm looking for hotel recommendations for next August. We are looking for 2 weeks all inclusive, I have 2 DS who will be 5 and 1. Key things I would like is good food, kids pool and near to a town centre so we can go for walks in the evening. Ive narrowed it down to Turkey (but already been twice) or Cyprus, open to anywhere else in Europe. Budget of about £6-6.5k.

Holiday Village Aliathon is good for families with young kids. It has a splash park with a pirate ship, small slides and lots of jets and fountains to play in. There’s a shopping centre with restaurants and a chemist (which I ended up using a bit for dd2!) right next to the hotel and it’s 3km to Paphos Harbour with a bus service which stops outside the hotel.

@Forgottenmyphone thanks for the reco, that one is on my shortlist but the only thing that put me off is that I read in the reviews there are lots of cats around the resort, did you find that to be the case?

We saw cats but definitely weren’t plagued by them. We just ignored them and they didn’t bother us.
