The perfect country for a fist anniversary trip

Hello everyone!
My first anniversary is approaching, and I'm wondering where to take my significant other to spend this magical time together.
Since our anniversary falls in December, Scandinavian countries are tempting me because it's even more magical there at this time of year.
On the other hand, it's also nice to escape the cold to hot countries.

I'd really appreciate your advice.

Hope you have fun - Scandinavia sounds great - I've always fancied Iceland.

I'm disappointed this wasn't actually about a fist anniversary.

I would be put off Scandinavia in December by the lack of daylight. I don't know how hot you are thinking but you could have to go fairly long haul for bikini weather
