CDG Airport to Gare Du Nord HELP!

I'm really hoping someone can help. Tomorrow we need to go from CDG airport to Gare Du Nord. The existing tickets on the Navigo Pass arent the right ones (they're the €2.50 ones) so we have purchased a airport to city ticket on the app on the phone.

My question now is how do we use it? Theres no QR code or barcode or anything. Really hope someone knows!

If they are on the app, you tap your phone on the barrier at the station, much like doing contactless payment on the tube

Im presuming this is the IDF mobilites app? There isn't a barcode, the app knows when you have a valid ticket and you scan your phone at the barrier. You dont need to have the app open or even your phone unlocked. I believe it is one ticker per app, so if using e tickets everyone needs their own ticket on a phone. If you are travelling with children or any adults that dont have a phone/the app then you need to purchase a paper ticket which you can do in the ticket office.

If you are staying in Paris for several days the paper tickets can be reused by adding more credit to them.

If you need to purchase adult paper tickets you can do this at the ticket machines in the station. If you need to purchase children's paper tickets then you will need to do this at the ticket office.

Thankyou! It is the app.
Paper tickets don't exist anymore, they all use Navigo passes and I'm the one arriving in GDN so I'm okay but my friends wanted to meet me there from CDG and that's a ticket I wasnt familiar with! I've passed the advice on.
