We are looking at going away for my 40th during the Easter holidays. We are looking for hotels with good kids clubs for ages 3-9, nice pools, child friendly beaches without massive waves. Ideally somewhere with suites/villas with own pool or garden area/somewhere to sit out but still be next to children’s bedrooms (I don’t want to be trapped inside our room from 7pm but would be happy with a terrace to just sit and chat with DH etc). Good food , preferably seafood as we aren’t big meat eaters, good with allergies is a must (one dc has an epi pen). Open to other suggestions! Usually we self cater and rent a villa as it makes the above much easier but DH feels for a big birthday I should really have a genuine holiday. He suggested Mauritius (friends advised against Thailand for allergies ) other suggestion was Barbados but Im pretty flexible on destination! Not boiling hot as DH and DC will moan if it gets much above 33. Thanks so much!
