Anyone used them?
Their admin is poor, which puts me off using them for an expensive holiday.

Did a great tour to Vietnam and Cambodia with them in 2019. No problems whatsoever with any aspect of the trip either before or during it and am thinking of booking with them again next year. Know of several people who have done more than one trip with them.

Did a North India 17 day tour with them last October 2024. No problems would definitely book with Mercury again.
