Has anyone ever had to change a date of a holiday once booked with love holidays?

Ive just requested a date change and have to pay the extortionate amount. However they’ve accepted the request but I’ve not received a confirmation and it’s not changed on love holidays app. I’m getting frustrated as no one is calling me back but tell me they will call back.

You’ve already got a thread on this. It’s like trying to plait piss getting a human at Love holidays because it’s basically a booking platform.

Have you tried the options regarding insurance pp suggested? Your bank account? Union?

Always get insurance when booking and use a reputable agent or holiday provider if not booking direct.

So I’m now in a dilemma of what travel dates I put in when getting insurance.

our return it with Tui which love holidays told me to sort out first after they gave me their quotes for my outbound with easy jet and hotel stays. So I’ve confirmed the Tui and paid them, now love holidays aren’t getting back to me.

my original travel dates were 7/10 - 17/10. Tui have now changed my return to 21/11 & I’m waiting for love holidays to change my outbound to 11/11.

what date would I put in the travel insurance?

Depends if you are buying single trip or annual. You normally declare the departure/return dates and the date you want cover to start (usually when you book and pay) for single trip. Annual starts the day you pay for the policy.

Why didn’t you book direct with Tui in the first place?

Just get an annual policy that covers your whole family. It’ll be about £50 probably
