Cornwall in November

I’m going to Cornwall for a week in November.
(I know)
Im going with my husband who I really want to spoil as he has a very serious illness.
A friend is letting us stay at his fabulous house at St Agnes which is very kind.
It means I can spend lots of money on some luxuries. I thought I’d book a Spa Day at the Scarlet Hotel. And look at booking some great restaurants.
Any suggestions of lovely things to do? I don’t mind spending some £££ especially as the accommodation is free
(He isn’t physically unwell now so no limitations to activities).
thanks

A helicopter ride over to the Isles of Scilly? I haven't done it but my parents did amd loved it.
