Pembrokeshire and South West Wales by public transport?

Further to my original post I'm just asking how difficult/easy is it to get around and see some lovely country/coast using the buses please?

Most of the best places are connected by either bus or rail or both. https://tfw.wales/places/our-network-map From May to September, there are tourist bus lines such as the Tenby Coaster and Puffin Shuttle.
