Travel insurance

Anyone used Aviva or LV- just wondering which has a better claims service?

I am with Aviva and find them excellent and easy to deal with.

I'd do some digging around.

I change my car insurance regularly, & Aviva is the company behind a lot of others - probably the same for travel insurance.

Have you had a claim with them?

I've only tried to claim on travel insurance once (can't remember the company), & it was a nightmare.

I’m with Aviva via my bank and had a claim which was speedily dealt with.

We are insured through Aviva and have had to claim. It was painless and they even pointed out that we hadn’t claimed for things we were entitled to.

LV was very easy for my claim.
