That’s all we’ve got! Any must sees? I’d rather wander about than go to museums. Also which area are we best to stay (hotel.)

Explore the Inner City, you can start at Stephansdom which is right in the centre and then explore the streets in this area. Most of the sights are within 1st district or along Ringstrasse (which is the boundary of the district) and it’s all walkable.

If you arrive by plane, there is a train called CAT that takes you from the airport to the centre in 15 minutes. You’ll arrive at Landstraße which is right where the Inner City starts. There are a few hotels as well (which might hot be quite as expensive as the ones which are directly in the Inner City.
