Has anybody got any recommendations for all inclusive hotels in Mexico, for April 2026?

It’s just myself and partner, no children this time so looking for something rather quiet, nice food, decent gym and preferably no hassle in getting sun beds etc.

Got a few on our shortlist after a short search but not in any depth yet, so open to any suggestions or reviews of places you have stayed.

I've been to Secrets in Akumal, it was lovely.
Busy ish on the weekends when Americans come over (normal for the area I think), then quieter midweek. Sunbeds galore, a huge choice of where to sit, service at your sunbed too was nice! Food was excellent, no buffet except breakfast (which was incredible), all proper sit down experiences. The sea was gorgeous too.
