Holiday search by room type?

I’m a single parent of two boys and have hit that awkward age where DS1 needs his own space, but is too young for a room on his own. I’m therefore trying to find a holiday with one/two bed apartments or conjoining rooms, etc, but still with facilities and board options. I can’t work out how to search by room type so am having to click on every holiday to see what choices there are. Does anyone have advice for sites to try where you can search by room type?

Thank you!

Jet2 let you filter by room type. I find the hotels I like then price compare.

Or ask ChatGpT?

Hmmm, don’t think there will be an option. I’ve seen a few family rooms with sliding doors which sounds like something you are looking for. I think you are best asking travel agent to give you a list. I usually source travel agents via holiday Facebook groups e.g. ‘all inclusive holidays’ or similar.

I use the holiday websites and then contact the hotel direct as you tend to get more options that way. Dts were 14 last summer and they have well outgrown the sofa beds and sliding doors set up which was great when they were smaller and shorter! You might do better for a couple of years (how old are they?), in a mobile home / lodge set up and 3 rooms
