I did goAPe for my hen night in Thetford forest - it was brilliant,
I am really looking forward to DS's to be old enough to go as a family.

I went in Devon and it was so much fun. I went with friends rather than kids but I imagine a 10 year old would love it. It did rain a bit while we were on the course but we were all waterproofed and you are moving about a lot so don't get cold. They only stop you doing the course if there is lightening or ice.

I just went to the one in Sherwood Pines. it was very good fun, but you do need to be fairly fit. it is really really safe.
it was quite an adrelin rush!

I didn't take part as pregnant, but went with friends for a hen do a few weeks ago (in Kent), and it looked lots of fun. Those who were a bit scared to begin with were very proud of themselves for completing it.

Thanks for that, I think ds will love it, just a bit concerned about me! Having looked at the web site, I would have to accompany he round the course, I'm forty something, have a niggly back & a dodgy knee. And I think I would have to "feel the fear & do it anyway!"

I've been to Grizedale forest and the one in Yorkshire. Really good fun.
