Bluestone in February

Can’t decide between 4 nights or 7 nights at bluestone in February. We would like to take a trip out to the nearest beaches/towns etc even if it was a bit chilly. What would you recommend?

We went to Bluestone in March with our 3 year old and in-laws. I’d been slightly anxious as I’d read some mixed reviews beforehand. But we had a wonderful time. We were lucky with the weather but there was so much to do. The grounds were lovely, the activities were great and the lodge was very well equipped and spotless. We stayed for 4 nights, which was about the right amount of time.

I’d echo what others say about getting a golf buggy as it’s quite hilly. The pool isn’t as good as Center Parcs, but, the range of other activities for young children is far better. The Serendome is great - lots of activities. The soft play is great too. The trails were ideal for balance biking and there were some nice playgrounds.

Overall I thought it was much better than Center Parcs. We’re off again next May!
