Singles holidays recommendations!

I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations to share for singles holiday companies? I'm 4 years divorced and looking to go and broaden my horizons. However, I'm not very well travelled and I'd like a group singles type holiday to start with (I think!) I'm a fairly easy to please holiday person - I like lounging by the pool with a cocktail but I also like city breaks and walking round the local towns and sightseeing. No sports - I could do hikes and cycling but I'm generally not sporty. I think I'd like to start in Europe, as I've only ever been to Spain and Tenerife, and widen my horizons from there. I suppose I'm looking for a reliable and respected company to provide an itinerary and a bunch of people to hang out with. I'm a fun-loving almost 40, and although I do have friends (!), they are not able to go on holiday with me. Thanks!

i have no recommendations but there’s a few Facebook groups for single women, over 50 (I realise you are younger) travelling solo. Following these groups seems to have triggered the advertising matrix and there’s several companies who look promising. My teenagers are still happy travelling with me but I will soon be travelling alone. I’m quite excited about it - not having to consider anyone else!

Thanks! I also have teens but I want to go without them 🤣 we have had family holidays but I just want to do something adventurous for myself with no one else to consider / no one moaning! I will have a look on Facebook, thank you 😊

I fancy trekking across Costa Rica with a group!! Saw it on a facebook advertisement!

I'd recommend Flashback op. I've done two and am doing another. A friend has done loads. For 30-50 year olds. I've met parents on the ones I've done that have left their kids at home.
Really good quality, well organised, loads of different trips. You can extend your stay before or after the organised trip.

Okay thank you - that's what I'm looking for, quality and well organised with a good reputation. I'm a bit nervous about it; I'd feel so much better if I was fairly certain it was a well-regarded company.

Yes they are very good and very helpful throughout.

I would say though I've ruled out most of their Europe trips as I feel they aren't the best value for money for me. Also I'm very happy in Europe on my own and I'll book individual tours for day trips etc. But some look great to have a look!

I've done one Asian trip with them and have one booked to South America.

I did one Europe short trip with them (3 nights). I got in a day early so did 4 nights in the city then when the organised trip ended I flew to a beach resort for another 4 nights on my own. Was perfect - time being social with people then solitude. I suppose it depends what you like!
