Campsite holiday park in South Coast in October

Can anyone recommend a nice (not Parkdeanish) campsite for the October half term that can accommodate tents and touring caravans, or static caravan accommodation and touring pitches. Electric hook up essential. It must have an indoor pool and activities/entertainment for kids from toddler to tween. A decent adventure playground on site (not babyish), good clean facilities and not late night loutish drinking culture.

I've been searching and come up with nothing suitable.

Location: within 3 hours drive from St Albans. Ideally south for the warmer weather that time of year. Doesn't have to be on the coast.

Any help finding the right place (with availability) much appreciated!

We've been to Cove Bay in Selsey, nr Chichester about 4 times since 2019, staying in our own tourer caravan or their statics and always had a good time.

The swimming pool is the main appeal, although the entertainment is very good as well.

It was an independent family run place until it was bought a few years ago. It is a bit 'parkdeanish' but we just lean into it and relax. Never had any issues and there are lots of places to visit nearby as well.

The best I can think of for your group is Cofton Holidays, but it’s a bit further than 3 hours.
