Accessible accommodation in North Wales or the Lake District

Hello, looking for somewhere scenic with accessible features (i.e. ground floor bedroom and bathroom, grab rails and walk in shower in bathroom, no steps, or possibly one small step to access the property) in North Wales or the Lakes to take DF for his 90th birthday next year - May/June time.
Found a couple by googling - just wondered if the good people of Mumsnet have any suggestions?

My aunt, who has very poor mobility, goes back time and time again to Forest Side near Grasmere. There’s a particular room which is specially equipped. I’ve never been but she obviously loves it.
