Lake Garda airport taxi

Hello - we're going to Lake Garda, near Bardolino (Eurocamp Cisano) flying in to Verona. It says about a half hour drive. I have a 4 and 18 month old. I don't know whether to prebook a private taxi with carseats (around £200 both ways) or just get an airport taxi with a portable booster for the eldest and youngest on laps (around £90 both ways)? What are the roads like - is it motorway or quiet roads?

Neither motorway nor quiet roads, the private transfer will only take 25 minutes to camping cisano but is on windy rural roads mostly.

Hire a car and take or book car seats?

£200 each way seems a lot. We precooked a private taxi last year and paid 70 euros each way - Verona to Pescheria which is a similar distance. Only 3 of us though so maybe a smaller car. Used Garda Easy Travel who provided a car seat, we were really happy with them.

I used www.xtranfer.it which were excellent but not that cheap. I thought taxis were pretty expensive in Lake Garda generally
