The Camargue in France or the Maremma Toscana in Italy.
No tips, sorry!

How old is your daughter? If an older teen I would so recommend Los Alamos. Amazing riding, beautiful well kept forward going horses and the hospitality is second to none. I went in October 2021 and it was wonderful, almost everyone is a repeat customer - the only reason I haven't been back is because I'm poor and it was a once-in-a-lifetime thing for me.

The Camargue is so beaut for this. Nature reserve. Flamingoes! Saintes Marie de la mer is a gorgeous seaside town. It’s such an interesting little area of France with the Guardians, their fancy shirts and local town festivals with Abrivados and Course de camarguaise. So much fun!
