We have booked Le Shuttle to drive across to France this Saturday. Can anyone tell us what our chances are of being to board early if we arrive early at Folkestone?

We went last week and got an early train on the way there and on the way back, was very easy and efficient

generally we’ve managed to squeeze on. It just depends how busy it is. What ever you do though, don’t be late. Especially on the way out. They’ve been known to cancel your return as well as your outgoing.

We use it regularly. It really depends on the day and how busy/full they are. Sometimes we get put on an earlier train, sometimes not.
See if you can book an earlier one or if they are fully booked, that will give you a good indication.

That's harsh and I'm sure not down to the British side
