According to Flightstats dot com, there are flight departures for this Thursday (I can't see next week's, but they will presumably be very similar) from Bournemouth to Alicante, Bergerac, Dalaman, Faro, Funchal, Girona, Heraklion, Ibiza, Kefalonia, Lanzarote, Las Palmas, Malaga (2 flights), Malta, Palma de Mallorca (3 flights), Wroclaw, and Zakinthos.

Good luck finding accommodation for four nights at such short notice, though...

If you see one you like, check price of flights on their website then the price of the hotel direct and on booking.com to compare to on the beach.

You will absolutely find accommodation at short notice. Market is teaming especially at tourist centred resorts.
Any of the Canaries will have places to stay although ( economically viable! ) flights are generally evening back, so technically you won’t arrive until day 5. You do get a full day on your last day though and the hotels often accommodate this. TUI normally have super cheap last minute deals.
If you can get Spain or Balearics I’d do that. Short flights and lovely weather.

RyanAir flights into Faro with hand luggage, hire a car and head to the coast between Albuferia and Luz (Alvor is nice) and get a last minute AirBnB apartment on the edge of town... beach picnics, self catering breakfasts and you can do 4 nights away in budget.
