Skiing holiday as lone parent

This will be my first time skiing with 9yr old.

Is this doable on my own?

Are there hotels where kids mix, socially ?

Hotels with pools?

Any advice welcome

Thank you

Use a specialist family ski company with a kids club. That way you've got on tap ready made holiday friends, child friendly accommodation and help with boots, getting to ski school etc.

I'm a bit out of the loop on the best companies as haven't used them for 10 years of so

DH has taken DS on a couple of these https://www.action-outdoors.co.uk/activities/snow-sports/skiing/family-weeks/dates-prices

They work well apparently. You have to arrange your own transport there.
