restaurants in Bruges?

I am taking my DH to Bruges for one night (courtesy of nectar points!) in July for his birthday, and looking for a nice restaurant. We usually take the wander-round-and-find-a-nice-looking-one approach, but because we are only there for one night I want to make sure I get it right! So if anyone has any experience or recommendations I would be very grateful...thanks!

Den Gouden Karpel - fish, in a pretty square,

Jan Van Eyk - in the square of the same ame - cosy, food simple but delicious

Moulesfrites - only just seen this, but thanks very much!

I think we've been to the Gouden place - it's at one corner of the Markt square. It was very good.

Our kids had children's meals - fillet steaks! They have now acquired the taste for it...

I can't recommend one as it was many years that we went there but I have to say Belgian food is generally very good quality.

Can second ST and say the steaks are great!
