Anyone been on one? The ‘expedition cruises’ to the Arctic and Antarctica all get massively good reviews, but others seem to have been fairly poor. Lulled by the good ‘expedition’ reviews, have booked something for the Eastern Mediterranean next month and now regretting it a bit. I’m worried that these non-core destinations are just to keep the ship ticking over until the expedition season starts again, and that there isn’t the same degree of expertise and service. I hope someone can tell me otherwise !
