France - gite (or similar) for family of 20

Can anyone help with suggestions for accommodation in France for a multi-generational family group (4 groups of families of 4, and a further 3 couples).

A swimming pool would be great, and close to either the beach or a river (for water sports) if possible. Within a day’s drive of the north coast ferry ports would be preferred.

I’ve done some googling already, but hoped people here might have some personal recommendations!

We spent a number of years staying here when our DDs were little. Fabulous gites with a great pool. 2 hrs from Caen and 30 mins from St Malo.

It could be split across different buildings on one site (like a gite), but we’d like to be able to have our meals all together.
