Anyone stayed at Glasshouse in Edinburgh?

Booked for 3 nights in December for Christmas markets, anyone stayed there before? Excited!!

Went for afternoon tea earlier this year. It was lovely and the rooftop garden was really nice. However the service was very, very slow and staff completely disinterested.
