Car seat question

For our holiday we'll need to get a taxi between stations across Paris. I've seen websites where I can book a taxi with car seat or booster seat but I'm not sure which to go for. DS is a month shy of 3, quite tall but v.skinny so nowhere near the 15kgs min recommended for a booster seat. But they make no distinction between sizes of car seat and so I'm not quite sure what to do. Any suggestions?

boosters arnt considered safe until 25kg / 6 years now (though some still have the old label)

a 3 yera old should be in a preoper car seta anyway
