Is this a good place to stay and is it ‘dressy’ in the evening?

Lovely place. Some people dress up some don’t. You will love it xx

A friend has just come back from there and said the food was disappointing and entire place was very very crowded.

Do you mean The Residence at Tui Blue, which is adult only? We stayed and its the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. We went next door to the family side and yes, it was very busy. I can imagine even more so in August.

It was the residence my friend went to. She got back a couple of weeks ago. I’m disappointed as it was on my list of ones I’d like to go to but she said it was pretty disappointing after all the hype. She did say the pool was lovely.
