I booked another hotel to France before cancelling my other booking. I've now tried to cancel the original hotel ( they have my credit card details but not been charged yet as within my free cancellation period). Hotel email has a link to cancel that hasn't worked.
I've emailed them to cancel and to say it hadn't worked with all my details and they said that using the link is the only way! The hotel are now not responding to my requests.
Could I just cancel my credit card?
