Help with jet 2 please

We have booked a holiday next year . I paid a deposit and have paid 2 installments. We are wanting to change the holiday to a different destination. We’re booked with jet 2. Does anyone know how it works- will I lose all the money I have paid so far or will that move to the other holiday we book?

any advice or help which appreciated - thanks ☺️

We changed a holiday with them and I’ve changed flights with them. Both times paid a nominal admin fee

You need to read the documents for your holiday.
Or ring them and talk about possibilities - jet2 were incredible when covid stopped our holiday with them.

Ah ok so they just charged admin and moved your money to the new holiday? We’re the same dates, different destination and it’s actually cheaper

I doubt you’ll get the difference back but yes was just an admin fee!! Can’t remember the exact amount but I think &50 pp ish

Just an update if anyone searches for the answer..

50pp admin fee and they transfer all your money over you’ve already paid onto the new holiday. You also get the new holiday at the cost of is so ours was lower so we have less to pay. Very easy and helpful
