Snowy Christmas markets

We'd love to go somewhere in December (around 17th-20th) where it will be snowy and there are nice Christmas markets.
We've done Vienna and Berlin which weren't remotely snowy!
Any ideas?

I know this post is a little old but did you decide on anywhere or get any info on places that would have snow? I’d love that too! Last year we went to Basel/Colmar and it was beautiful but no snow which would have made it a touch more magical! 🎅🏼✨

Prague was amazing when we went. You cant guarantee snow anywhere though.

I’ve been to Salzburg at Christmas before and it snowed

We decided on Budapest in the end. It probably won't snow, but there seems a lot to see and do there.
