Hi.

Has anyone stayed at the Magic Natura Animal Waterpark & Polynesian Lodge Resort?

When booked our holiday a few months ago, the reviews looked great. Since we've booked, however, the recent reviews on Trip Advisor have been one star.

This is supposed to be a trip for us and the kids after a crap few years. I'm worried it's going to be a disaster and we fly out next week!

I just wanted some opinions from those who've been there.

We had a fab time there 2 years ago. Not sure how much it will have changed.

They food in the main restaurant was fine. Not a gastronomic treat, but perfectly edible, and plenty of choice. If your package allows you access to the restaurants on the top floor, use them - that food was very good.

The zoo and Waterpark that you get access to were excellent. The pool was fine.

We also got a taxi into old benidorm, which was nice.

We went a couple of years ago as well. Kids were 3 and 5 at the time.

It was great. Ok the room was a bit tired, but clean and functional. The food wasn’t Michelin star, buts it’s an AI in Benidorm… what do you expect. The main restaurant could get a bit messy during peak little kid time … again hardly unexpected. We found the ideal was to time it so we got to dinner just as they opened the second restaurant. We’d also hold off lunch and do the afternoon snack bar instead.

The real bonus of this place was the water park and zoo though. We went to the waterpark several times which would have been so expensive otherwise. The zoo we did little bits each day / walked to the water park through it.

It was a great family holiday.

Hello ! We went in may. Did 7 nights but wish we booked 10! Me and my daughter were poorly with diarrhea on the second day for 24 hours.
after that and before absolutely fine.
the zoo is fantastic it’s about a 7 minute walk from the resort . Same with the water park . we went all inclusive plus so we had pizzas delivered to the lodge and a separate restaurant to eat one with better food it was worth the extra money !!
