Flying to Thailand in October with 2 yr old, what do I do about milk??

My dd who is 2 can't sleep without a bottle of cows milk before bedtime. Anyone know if I can get milk that tastes the same as ours over there (she is one fussy little madam!)?

I think you can get almost anything over there. Will ask DP and get back to you. He goes quite a bit and is due to go back in November.

No problem. There are Tescos all over the place. Are you going to Bangkok?

You may wish to try introducing your DD to UHT now, in case you arrive at night and have to go to a small 7-11.

We've been to Thailand a couple of times with our children (last time the twins were 2½) and were able to buy fresh milk, non-UHT, easily which they happily drank. I also had it in tea and it tasted fine to me (and I'm probably fussier than the children!!!).

Depending on where you are staying you can usually ask for it in the hotel bar/restuarant. We also had no problem getting rice milk for our dairy intolerant 2 yr old, in fact easier thatn getting it here. Have a great time
