Ile De Re-good place to stop for the night below Rouen after Calais ferry

Yes sorry another question about Ile de Re.
Travelling with 2 young kids, leaving on car ferry from Dover at 9am, get into Calais and then we figure on a max 2-3 hour drive from there so the kids don't bounce off the walls! We slso don't want to detour too much off the route so the coast is out. A lot of places/posts I've seen are much further south and a 5 hour drive from Calais which will be a bit much (for everyone!).
Can anyone recommend a nice spot south of Rouen? Very specific I know, can be a bit of a drive from the main route but don't want to go more than 20-30 mins extra. Wow not asking much am I....

Manoir de Surville has large grounds, a swing set, outdoor games and a pool. The restaurant at the hotel is fairly casual and the chef will happily cook a child-friendly meal if your dc don’t like anything on the menu. However, it doesn’t open until 7.30 so take snacks!
