Tips for a holiday in Nice - what to do and where to eat

We're going to Nice for a week at the beginning of August - staying in an AirBnb Rue de Massingy. If anyone has any tips as to what to do and where to go that would be great. It's me, my husband and our 18 and 15 year old daughters. Thanks.

Get the train to other places on day trips like Cannes or st tropez

I'm currently sitting in Menton, it's very beautiful. The beach is vast and very safe, lots of places to eat with Italian true influence as it's so close to the boarder. A quaint little town worth a visit, especially if you like lemon.
