Would love to hear from you if you have! I’m going there in October 2026 for a family celebration but some things I’ve read about the resort are making me nervous: bed bugs, bad smells, understaffing (hopefully not an issue in October), mediocre food, broken water slides, severe bites from sand fleas, to name a few.
I fully accept that ALL hotels across the world will have their share of negative reviews, many of which should be taken with a pinch of salt. I love going on holiday and always make the best of it. However this is a ‘blow out’ holiday for us which is supposed to be a real treat. And I don’t want to be too disappointed.
I’d really appreciate hearing about your own experiences. Hopefully they’ll be reassuring but I’m happy to have balanced views!
