Holiday help!

Mumsnetters I'm sending out an SOS before I loose my mind, I'm an obsessive planner due to autism so I am worn out trying to plan a holiday (I know, I know, people have real problems and this is not one of them, but it consumes my brain)
I feel I have looked at every holiday resort but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for, please send me any recommendations before I give up completely.
We are looking for 10 days in June 2026 with the following wants:
Either.....
All inclusive 4 or 5 star, 2 adults and 1 five year old.
Budget for accommodation 4.5k - 5k.
Somewhere with a bit of craic! (Every 5 star resort we are seeing looks zero craic)
2 bedrooms or at least 3 beds (everything I've looked at is a bed and couch!)
Somewhere in Europe (Spain, Portugal or France ideally), will not go near Greece of Turkey.
Somewhere that flies direct from Dublin and then within an hour of the airport.
Somewhere with a decent amount of Irish or English people visiting (Our daughter would like to make friends).
Kids club
Excellent evening entertainment - Both kids disco at about 7pm and then a show at about 8 or 9.
Excellent pool facilities
No running or fighting over chairs by the pool

OR

A 5 star family friendly campsite, with the above criteria (minus the all inclusive obviously) we have visited La Sirene and are considering El Delfin Verde but the former while meets alot of the above criteria has it's downsides (no kids entertainment being the main one, our daughter was bored in the evening, but the shows were excellent but it's very very busy!) and the former is receiving pretty poor reviews for a supposedly 5 star campsite, is rammed to the rafters at the weekend due to them selling day passes and their accommodation doesn't include an oven which is a pain in the arse.

Help an over planner and her excel spreadsheet out with any recommendations!
