Hi, does anybody happen to know if you can hire bicycles at Haven if you don't have a Play Pass. We have booked Haven Hideaway and I’ve just spent 30 mins on their useless online chat, only to be told to ask at the park. I told them that I want to know beforehand, as if we can’t hire bicycles then we need to take our own, but that will be a big hassle, as it’s a long drive with an overnight stay each way at a Travelodge. They then told me to call the park directly, but I gave up after waiting in a queue for over an hour for the phone to be answered. The park in question is Hafan y Mor.
