3 bed AI apartments, do they even exist?

Due to our family makeup we need a 3 bed apartment and would desperately like to go all inclusive for a change. Nothing against self catering but it just doesn’t seem like quite the rest Im after, looking for supermarkets and restaurants that are suitable etc.
A 2 bed with sofa beds doesn’t work.
Interconnecting rooms won’t work due to kids ages.
Just for reference it would be me, dh, ds11, ds7 and dd6. Dd cannot share with either boy and cannot sleep in a “lounge” area. Dh needs a proper bed due to medical issues.
Anyone got any suggestions? Particularly looking for places people have actually been to.
Thanks

We are going to pierre & vacances in fuerteventura next week. 3 bed villa but is all inclusive. We are a family of 5 but need 3 beds due to ds being autistic and youngest being an early riser

About 10 years ago we stayed at the Mestral and Llebeig apartments in Santo Tomas, Menorca. At that time the complex had a small number of 3 bedroom apartments and offered an AI option, but I don't know whether that's still the case.

We went there last year but it was only sc or hb. Id seen previously you could upgrade to ai on arrival but it wasn’t an option anymore. So we spent an absolute fortune on drinks and icecream.

Booked with on the beach but it's on lots of sites. We are hiring a car as it is a little out of the way.

I have also been looking for 3 bed options, mostly in the Canary Islands as we are going away at Easter. There aren't many if you want AI, but Maspalomas Resort by Dunas have 3 bed bungalows.
If you are OK with half board then you have more options such as Aphrodite Hills in Paphos, Green Garden eco resort/ Villa Maria in Tenerife and Bahia Azul in Fuerteventura, which all look lovely. We ended up booking Villas Alondra in Lanzarote with B+B but they also do half board- went for a three bed villa with pool and the complex also has a bar/restaurant/gym/communal pool.

Origo Mare is a good option. The development was built as residential initially so the villas are great. There is a free bus twice a day to Correlejo. Make sure you look at a map of the site and email ahead with your requests as the site is massive

Magic Robin Hood (outside Benidorm). The accommodation is lodges but they have 3 bedroomed lodges. It's got a waterpark on site and loads of activities for children

We’ve been here and it was perfect for the set up you’re after

It was really good. The apartment had loads of space, 2 bathrooms, roof terrace. We hired a car which we felt we needed, it's quite far from anything. Lovely roads though. The entertainment was good, food was good.
I would check before booking as I heard a few times whilst there that it is for sale and no buyer. Due to close in Oct. This may change though
