Spa Hotel recommendations

Hi, I'm looking for a mid week break to a spa hotel, preferably on the coast, either South Wales or North Devon/Dorset, although anywhere would be fine if the hotel was really good! We can spend up to £300 per night, but would love to hear any recommendations. I'm not really bothered about treatments, but I do love a good pool/sauna/hot tub etc.

Many thanks

That's great, thanks - I'd just found this one and liked the look of it, so it's good to know that it's lovely

Saunton sands, woolacombe bay, there’s a lovely pool/spa at widemouth just near bude think it’s called W Club. The mole near south Molton I think is fairly new. Enjoy.

The Harbour Beach Club at Salcombe is perfect, although South Devon. There’s a Harbour Hotel in the town of Salcombe as well. We prefer the Beach Club as it’s literally on a beach!

Saunton Sands is in a great position with incredible views but the rooms vary. Room 101 is fantastic, it has a balcony overlooking the beach and a big bathroom but the room next to it, whilst it also has a balcony, has a teeny bathroom and is tired looking. The food is decent enough.

The Scarlett hotel, hands down best hotel view with spa.
