We are going on a Eurocamps type holiday in September. DS's will be just turned 3 and just turned 1

I am thinking of getting one of those wagons that bags and children can go into going up and down to the beach. We will have 1 pram for the baby, but with Ryanair you can check in 'another piece of child equipment'.

Are they worth the money? As DS's are very young we would have years of potential use ahead. Any recommendations?

Yes yes yes. Brilliant things. I first came across them in America years ago and couldn’t figure out why we don’t or didn’t at the time use them here. We have a cheapo one from Decathlon, think it was £15 and a Radio Flyer wagon. It was £100ish. We have the canopy and would highly recommend it. When the kids were small they would nap in there or use it to escape the sun for a while. They’re teens now so no more napping but it still gets used loads.

Thanks a mill, I think I might get one. They are so young that we should have a lot of use out of it. I'm sure teens will rob it for going to festivals etc

I just looked up Radio Flyer, they are very expensive now!

I have seen people decorate them at car shows , we have one for the dog its great, it has very wide wheels for mud and sand and collapses for storage.

Yes - they're brilliant! I wish we'd bought one sooner - now the kids are bigger we still use it lots for camping, sports days, football tournaments, bringin home boxes of wine from the supermarket...

I went a completely different directions! I bought a double buggy on vinted. Unless I wanted to spend a decent amount I couldn't see any that could safely hold the one yr old plus 'stuff'. With the double the 3yr old can hope in and out. Also has a big basket under
