you can quite happily spend a few hours there esp if it is sunny and you can go in the playground

a day - I don't know. I wouldn't know where to eat, there's not anywhere on site

Mine love it. We have been a couple of times. Sometimes they have workshops on, street dance last time we went. You can take a picnic there are a couple of tables outside. You can easily spend half a day there maybe not a full day. You can combine it with a trip on the DLR and look at all the olympic building.

Thanks..I don't need a whole day. By the time we got the train etc it is only a few hours anyway and that is all the concentration of the dds.
