Hi iam in a ongoing cao battle as the one we have in place started to not works for our son he started to really meltdown not wanting to sleep at dad's house transporting dad has new parneter with children and our sons been thrust into it and sleeping at her house our sons father has and still hasn't told me anything about this partner long story short father has booked a 7 day holiday without requesting dates first or my consent and my son is struggling with 1 sleepover let alone 7 the dad has taken me back to court for emotional abuse so handovers is a contact centre and our son has been happier with shorter visits and coming home his solicitor has written to me asking did I agree to the holiday which is just dates and times and where nothing else no details or emergency contact hokiday to take place in two weeks and im awaiting to be represented by a solicitor has anyone else had this issue ive a feeling he would push for a order to take him anyway thanks for listening.
