Harman, poor you - I am same, have avoided flying though for about 4 years now! dh has persuaded me that it's in all our interests to have a holiday, so we are just booking up now! argh!

my tips are - valium/temazepam if poss/rescue remedy/deep breathing.......

You have my sympathies, I hate it too and I blardy well live overseas What works for me is to lose myself in a really good book or magazine. Ignore everyone else just stick your nose in a book or one of those Sudoku book things Have a good holiday.
