Has anybody been here.

I am thinking of going on a guided hiking tour and wanted to know what it's like. Safety etc.

I got back from Skopje yesterday. I was only in Ohrid and Skopje but I felt very safe. It's beautiful too.

It’s great. Very safe, very cheap, very easy to get around. They will assume you are Dutch as that’s where most of their tourists are from.

OP which agency is running the tour please?

I have just got back from the Zagoria region of Greece and absolutely loved it, would be very interested in Macedonia

How did you find the weather at this time of year?

I was there in August and it was HOT

We stayed for 10 days in Ohrid last summer and loved it!! Would defo go back!
