Looking at taking our kids to a theme park this summer and never been to Gulliver's. Seen adverts and they look good but out of the 4 of them does anyone recommend which one is probably best. Kids are 5 years old and 18 months old. Thank you in advance

They're probably just the right age for Gullivers. It's a bit tired but plenty of fun!

Sorry, realised you're looking for recommendations for which one - we've only been to the Warrington one. Don't bother with the splash world there!

There is a new one south of Sheffield, only been open a year so definitely not tired. You can stay overnight in themed accommodation.

My 6 year old son loves the one at Matlock Bath, we haven't been to the others but I have heard that the one at Sheffield is very good as it has only been open a couple of years. 5 years old is a great age but if your are going to the Matlock one and taking a pushchair it is on a very steep hill.

If you are in the Midlands then Thomas Land at Drayton Manor is very good but it can get very busy.

The new Gulliver's Sheffield is great. Queues have never been too long. Lots to do. Your 5 yr old will love it. The Matlock one is also really good. On a steep hillside. They make the most of that with a ski lift. Hope you have a great time. Xxx

We've only been to the Warrington one - went recently with 3yr old, 7yr old, and baby (under 1). We all had a great time, I was actually surprised by how good it was in terms of number of rides etc. There was quite a lot that we didn't even see and the queues really weren't even bad generally, we were just so busy! There was very little for the baby due to their age/physical limitations, but that wasn't an issue, and won't be a problem for your toddler anyway. Our kids absolutely loved it and keep talking about going back (maybe next summer because ££££ !).

We have visited the one in Sheffield and Matlock bath, enjoyed both. The Sheffield one was good for queues as they have never been a long wait
