Taking antibiotics abroad

Hi we go to Greece in 2 days and my little boy has been prescribed antibiotics this morning. The label says the medicine needs to be kept in the fridge? How do I go about keeping it cool whilst travelling? I thought about a cool bag or something? Can anyone recommend a good one they have used previously? Another question do I need a doctors note from the doctor or is the prescription label on the bottle enough?
Thankyou

You don't need a letter. Make sure it's in your hand luggage. You might be able to fit it in a bottle cooler?
Make sure you tell your travel insurer.
