Dubai - Alternative hotel to Antantara

We've been to Dubai a few times, and always stayed at the Anantara on the Palm. We like the peaceful location, but getting a bit fed up with the restaurants and having to travel 20mins just to get off the palm when we are going anywhere.

Any suggestions for a similar 5* hotel? Hopefully a wee bit cheaper as paying for six adults at Easter is absolutely ridiculous!

Looking for beach / relaxed vibe with a few restaurants in-house. Somewhere on palm or other beachy place. Sea views rather than motorway etc.

I'm sure there are plenty of suitable places, I'm just going round in circles and would like some outside opinions!

I’ve only stayed at The Atlantis but my friend stayed at The Fairmont and enjoyed it.

I would look at Jumeirah Beach hotels.

Stayed in the Amwaj Rotana on the Walk last year. It was lovely.
A few restaurants onsite and loads of dotted around the area within walking distance.
It's on the cheaper/lesser end of the 5* scale in Dubai.

The westin! Good waterpark, lovely restaurants and most importantly on jumeriah so no need to do that jaunt on or off the palm to go anywhere. We always go the all inclusive option as saves us a fortune with the kids but they do all board options
